Poker Aces refers to two aces dealt before theflop. It is the best attainable pre-flop hand intexas hold’em Poker. But regardless a large number of players end up on the losing end when given this hand.
When you are dealt a pair of Aces, you just don’t drop out before theflop. You are sitting with the greatest possible hand at this stage of the round. So how do you bet with Poker Aces ? Do you actually go all-in? I would say definitely no to that.
Always remember, you’re trying to earn as much profit out of this strong position. You will want to maximise the possibility. Going all-in will basically scare most individuals into folding without putting a wager.
If you are in the initial seat (1st or 2nd to place a wager), you’ll place a single bet. Anyone with good cards will call, with hope somebody will raise. If someone has made a raise do not jump to re-raise or call, wait for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.
After the flop your tactic will be to get rid of any player that could get a straight or a flush. So I would start to raise boldly, if you are lucky you will fool 1 player into believing that you are tricking.
If you’re in the middle or late spot (near the last to place a bet) you’ll watch as everybody calls and then raise. Even with you holding a pair of aces, if possible try to abstain from a show-down. Guard your hand by forcing others to fold after the flop. If you don’t get rid of your competitors you risk losing your hand.
